These terms are current as at 1 November 2026.

1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is NPAA Services Pty Ltd, trading as Red Union Support Hub (RUSH) , ABN 46 072 946 153, of Suite 14-18, 17 Bowen Bridge Road, Bowen Hills, QLD 4006. Phone: 1300 263 374. Email: hotline@redunion.com.au.

1.2 These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Black Friday Giveaway (Promotion). By entering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Promotion period

2.1 Entries open at 10am AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on Monday 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period).

2.2 All times in these Terms are Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10).

3. Who can enter

3.1 Entry is open to Australian nurses and midwives aged 18 or over, except residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and the agencies and suppliers involved in this Promotion cannot enter. Immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling or anyone living in the same household.

4. How to enter

4.1 Entry is free. No purchase or membership is required.

4.2 To enter, complete the entry form at join.npaa.asn.au/giveaway during the Promotion Period with your full name, email address, mobile number, primary place of employment, and the state or territory you live in, and tick the box to accept these Terms and agree to be contacted as set out in clause 15.2.

4.3 Limit: one entry per person. Entries over the limit will be disregarded.

4.4 Entries must be complete, accurate and made by the entrant personally. Entries made in bulk, by automated means or through third parties are invalid.

4.5 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical problems.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one prize: 10 years of NPAA Platinum membership. The membership has a retail value of $800 per year (including GST), so the total prize value is $8,000 (including GST). The winner will also receive a YETI Rambler 1 L Straw Mug as a bonus gift. The mug is included with NPAA Platinum membership and does not add to the prize value.

5.2 The total prize pool is $8,000 (including GST).

5.3 The membership will start as soon as the winner wishes after claiming the prize. If the winner is already an NPAA member, their current membership will be switched to the prize membership.

5.4 The membership is provided under NPAA's membership terms. Platinum membership benefits, including Professional Indemnity protection for eligible members, are subject to the terms that apply to them.

5.5 The prize value is correct at 1st of November 2026. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value.

5.6 The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state or territory law.

6. The draw

6.1 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in deciding the winner.

6.2 The draw will take place at 11:00 am AEST on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at Suite 18, 17 Bowen Bridge Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.

6.3 The winner will be drawn at random through a random generator. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

6.4 The first valid entry drawn wins the prize.

7. Winner notification and claiming the prize

7.1 The Promoter will contact the winner by phone, email and SMS within [2] business days of the draw.

7.2 To claim the prize, the winner must respond and provide any proof the Promoter reasonably asks for of their identity, age, residential address and that they are a nurse or midwife (for example, their AHPRA registration), by 10am AEST 14 days after the draw (Claim Period).

7.3 The Promoter will verify the winner's residential address. If the winner is not eligible, does not meet these Terms or cannot be verified, they will not receive the prize.

8. Unclaimed prize and redraw

8.1 If the prize is not claimed within the Claim Period, or the winner is ineligible, the Promoter will hold a redraw 1 month later at the same time.

8.2 The redraw winner will be notified in the same way and must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.

9. Publishing the winner

9.1 The winner's first name, surname initial and state will be published on the Promoter's website within 1 week of the draw, for at least 7 days. The Promoter may also share the winner announcement in paid (promoted) social media posts.

10. Disqualification

10.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entry or entrant it reasonably believes has broken these Terms, tampered with the entry process or acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

11. Tax

11.1 The winner should get independent financial advice about any tax that may apply to the prize.

12. Australian Consumer Law and liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or changes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from this Promotion or the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or breach of these Terms.

13. Cancelling or changing the Promotion

13.1 If something beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (such as a technical failure, fraud or other interference) stops the Promotion running as planned, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or change the Promotion, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator and any applicable law.

14. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

14.1 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

14.2 By entering, you release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from all liability in connection with this Promotion.

15. Privacy

15.1 The Promoter collects your personal information to run this Promotion. This includes checking eligibility, contacting and verifying the winner, and publishing the winner's details as set out in clause 9.

15.2 By entering, you agree that the Promoter may contact you by email, SMS and phone about this Promotion and about NPAA membership offers, including discounts on NPAA membership. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP, or contacting hotline@redunion.com.au or 1300 263 374.

15.3 If you do not provide the information requested, you cannot enter.

15.4 The Promoter may share your information with its service providers to run the Promotion.

15.5 The Promoter's privacy policy explains how you can access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

16. Records

16.1 The Promoter will keep records of entries, the draw and the winner as required by law.

17. Governing law

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
